Gamification & Museum Technology
Gamification turns visiting from passive viewing into active participation — scoring, competition and instant feedback engage a visitor more deeply than a wall label or an audio guide ever could, and that kind of engagement is what actually stays with people after they leave.
At rewir.studio we build gamification systems on dedicated, standalone consoles rather than apps installed on a visitor's own phone, which fail the moment Wi-Fi struggles inside a historic building or not every student in a school group owns a smartphone. Our own system, Rewanż, runs on ESP32 microcontrollers and a custom Unreal Engine 5 application — it works both as a mobile live game show for events and, in its adapted form, as a museum-education format for organised groups.

Good gamification doesn't stop at the hardware — it starts with picking the right learning objective and writing questions that teach, not just entertain. We design formats as part of an institution's standing programme, not a one-off opening attraction: it's the repeatable, recurring events that build a habit of coming back, not a short-lived novelty effect.
Applications
Museums, education centres, temporary exhibitions, school and corporate groups, events.
