Simple Songs About Death
„Simple Songs About Death” is a VR experience exploring memory, loss and impermanence through a carefully sequenced journey across a symbolic virtual environment.
The project premiered at DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague as part of the Art VR festival, and has since been shown at, among others, the 64th Kraków Film Festival, the Still Human exhibition in Seoul, and numerous exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
Inspired by the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice, it guides the user through a sequence of connected spaces, using movement, sound and environmental storytelling to build its narrative.

a virtual meditation on the passing of self and body

The project was produced as an immersive narrative experience, combining direction, narrative design and VR implementation. Built on real-time technology, it brings together virtual environments, spatial sequencing and interactive elements into one coherent experience.
